Credentials: United States Coast Guard 25 Gross Tonnage (GT) + Aux Sail

Sean received his USCG 25 GT+ Auxillary Sail License in June of 2021 after graduating from the United States Maritime Academy with a Masters 100 GT OUPV Certificate. He achieved this logging many hours Inland and Near Coastal voyages both in the Pacific North West of the United States and on the Turkish Coast. He also holds an ASA License book active up to ASA 104 with the International Proficiency Certificate for Mediterranean waters.

APPA is a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49i designed by Philippe Briand out of France and is known for her stable helm and up wind performance. She is one of the last of their kind focused on sea worthiness rather than stern width. Even with stronger winds APPA sails with minimal heeling making for a fun and enjoyable time at sea. APPA has 4 cabins and 4 bathrooms with accommodations for 8 including the captains.
